Activation Manager (Dutch Speaker) at OneFit:

We are looking for a performance-minded, Activation Manager to join our B2B Sales team in Amsterdam. The B2B Sales Department is responsible to help companies, from startups to corporates, to have a healthy and happy workforce. Once a new company has signed the contract, it will be your job to activate the employees to become happy OneFit members and to maintain long-lasting relationships with our B2B customers.


Your responsibilities:

  • Reaching and exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly targets as a key part of OneFit’s growing success in the B2B space
  • Presenting and selling our OneFit business solution to help our existing B2B accounts activating their workforce and take advantage of fiscal benefits
  • Handling questions/ account management for existing B2B accounts
  • Executive activation initiatives such as distribution of promotional materials and organising events 
  • Leading activation campaigns in collaboration with corporate accounts
  • Obtaining expert knowledge about competition and general market affecting trends
  • Taking care of the administration side e.g. preparing reports, CRM management, performance analysis 
  • Working closely with our Business Development, and Customer Success departments in order to seamlessly move your business accounts further in the funnel
  • Being part of creative projects related to the corporate activation management 

Requirements

  • You have experience in working closely together with B2B clients
  • Sports is a passion and you are very interested in new technologies and sports & health trends
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a commercial role (account management in a SaaS company)
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs (B2B), create and deliver customised, customer-focused solutions
  • Exceptional time management skills, with good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Strong capabilities in consultative selling and proactive attitude
  • You are strong in data analysis and reporting
  • You communicate clearly and convincingly in English and Dutch, spoken and written
