As a successful e-commerce venture, OneFit is changing the way we do sports and we need you as our Project Manager for Community Success, Operations & Localization Spain to create and maintain loyal members and happy partners. After all, it’s all about them and their ultimate experience!
We are active in the Netherlands, Germany and Spain and are expanding further into rest of Europe soon. The success of our company is happy members living a healthy sporty life and partners satisfied with our cooperation. You are our first point of contact in the communication with both the members and venues to help them with their inquiries about their business.
What does it entail?
In your internship you will be touching base with different departments such as Operations, Marketing, Sales and Community Management with the option to specify according to your preference. This will include website maintenance, communication with venues and the OneFit community, after-sales studio care, process and systems management, copywriting and translations. We want you to show us what you are made of and bring on your top notch management skills to help improve our market position in our OneFit cities. In return, you will complete an internship with proper onboarding, guidance and supervision to path your career of feeling comfortable to work independently, to manage (in time, in budget, in quality) and to become your generation’s next leader.
You will be responsible for keeping our members & partners happy. You won't be just replying to the emails and social media posts. You will be looking for any way to make our members fall in love with healthy sporty lifestyle and with OneFit, obviously! That’s why we need you to be great on the phone and excellent in email writing and personal conversations as you will spend 90% of your time communicating to different departments, venues and OneFitters.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL & ANALYTICAL
You will predict problems and create solutions before they arise. Therefore, you are as a fan of collecting data and analyzing consumer behaviour as well convincing doubtful OneFitters to keep working out. You will be looking for any way to make our members fall in love with a healthy sporty lifestyle and with OneFit, obviously!
You will also be involved in optimising processes and making workflows better, faster & smarter for our members, partners, our team and the business! In order to do so, you will be able to bring your study theories into practice and implement your (creative) ideas.
LEADERSHIP & OWNERSHIP
In your role you will need to take ownership of tasks and solve problems with a proactive and self confident mindset while staying in a specific time frame. You need to be able to work efficiently and have a top leadership mentality to reach your goal strategically.
What we look for in you
Top sports mentality*- working with the best is being one of the best
You are a student (Communications, Administration, Social Sciences is preferred but not obligatory!)
You accept change, take initiative, and respond positively to suggestions and constructive criticism
Fluent in Spanish and English (or Dutch, Catalan is a pre)
Experience in a customer service job in e-commerce is a big plus
Experience in working with online tools and software
Flexibility in your working hours
Availability for minimum 3 months starting ASAP; preferably between 32-40hrs/week
